Shear Talent was formed by Darlene Kelly in 1991. After working in the industry and advancing her education, it was time to implement her vision: to open an artistic salon with the emphasis not only education and trends, but also creating an ability for each stylist to adapt the latest trends to each individual client. Each stylist hired has the unique ability to work cohesivevely as a team member sharing ideas and pocesses a drive for knowledge in the industry. The salon has won major awards, gaining recogition nationally and has travelled throughout the world to upgrade their education. Shear Talent places heavy emphasis on techinical cutting and the creativity and the quality of its color department. The salon has gained a prestigious position throughout the maritimes because of its unyeilding focus on quality and innovation. Their consistency has been possible because of the intensive training had by every staff member. Shear Talent's commitment to a superior service for each client ensures that the hundreds of people who place their appearence in the salons hands will be pleased and excited with their new look.
